What exactly am I investing in?
You're investing in Inner Labs — the company behind Thoughts. Your money goes directly into marketing to acquire the first 1,000 paying users. In return, you get equity (shares) in the company at a pre-seed valuation of $10M.
How do the returns work?
You buy equity at $10M valuation. When we raise our Seed round, the implied valuation makes your shares worth 50x. As we grow further, the multiplier only gets bigger. Example: $1.2K (₹1L) invested now could be worth $60K (₹50L) at Seed.
Is this guaranteed?
No investment is guaranteed. Startups are risky. But the product is built, the infrastructure is live, and we're self-funded with a working app. Your investment accelerates growth — it doesn't fund development.
What's the minimum investment?
$1,200 (₹1 Lakh). Maximum is $120K (₹1 Crore) per person. Total pool is capped at $120K (₹1 Crore).
How do I invest?

When can I sell my shares?
At any fundraise event (Seed, Series A, etc.), there may be opportunities for secondary sales. Your shares become liquid when the company raises or exits.
Why not raise from VCs?
Because VCs come with strings. They want exits, board seats, and growth at any cost. We're building a 1000-year cathedral, not a 5-year flip. Community investors believe in the mission — not the exit.
